Yes, as I stated in the story, I shouldn’t have to worry about things like this, but it is my reality. Those messages and those actions are more of a reflection of those guys than it is of me.

Also as I stated in the story, these are suggestions that can help women in professional settings, but at the end of the day, it’s not going to prevent someone who ultimately has the wrong intentions. There will always be those guys who try to turn an interaction into something it isn’t. The only things I can control in those situations are my own actions and my own attitude.
