Loved this! I can definitely relate to this one. While I do like to keep up a positive mental attitude, people tend to confuse that for completely avoiding their feelings. People have to understand that emotional stability isn’t rooted in ignoring negative emotions, but in being able to effectively process and work through them. We can’t cope and process feelings that we aren’t even willing to acknowledge. Thanks for sharing!
