thank you for sharing this. What I've noticed is that a lot of homophobic adults will take the 'sex' part of the term 'sexuality' very literally. The way they talk you would think people are literally plotting to have people's children watch gay porn or something. They act like a gay person's simple act of EXISTING is somehow an "agenda". And some of the arguments I've heard are just ridiculous. Statements like "Well how is a 7 year old supposed to know he's gay? He ain't even had p*ssy, how he know he don't like girls?" Not even taking into account that they themselves weren't having sex at 7 years old but 'somehow' were able to figure out that they liked girls. Hmm it's as if attraction comes naturally and doesn't have to be taught or forced. And that those feelings of having your first crush aren't sexual so much as romantic and endearing.

Ultimately, Boosie's actions don't surprise me in the slightest because he basically represents a huge pocket of the Black community that carries on with homophobic beliefs because they're "thinking of the children". All I know is that when he sat down with Mike Tyson and getting hit with the hard hitting question of WHY he's so aggressive towards the gay community, he didn't have much trash talk in him then.
