Thanks so much for bringing this subject to light. And it breaks my heart that someone can look a child dead in the face and treat him/her as other. I can’t say I even knew this practice occurred (church kid, I did “Hallelujah Night” instead of trick-or-treating). And the fact that they actually use the term ‘bussing’ is cringy; knowing that this is literally just some kids who want to go trick-or-treating like the rest of their peers. I cannot with people.
