I always cringe a little when I’m on social media and I see yet another FB post, tweet, IG story of a guy going on with the “woe is the Nice Guy Me” narrative. I’m not jumping the gun and assuming these guys haven’t been mistreated, but more often than not when I see this narrative it’s usually just the guy pursuing women who do not want him.

I remember when ‘Bye Felipe’ was trending, in which girls would essentially show screenshots of what happens when Nice Guys aren’t actually nice.

I’ve yet to find someone who can explain how not respecting someone’s decline of your pursuits is actually a ‘nice’ thing to do
