Well said! I haven’t ventured into buying a house just yet (a little delayed gratification) but it is definitely something I’m cautious about. It won’t be my ‘dream house’, but something that is within or below my means so I can set myself up for something greater. I do agree that financial peace, independence, freedom, etc. is probably simpler than we make it out to be. Along with developing multiple income streams, it does take personal discipline and understanding of proper spending.
