When my best friend/mentor advised me to make a physical list of qualities I want in my future husband, I thought it was so dumb. But just like your dealbreakers list, I found it was extremely helpful when it came to me learning how to date. I feel like this dealbreakers list focuses on the idea of developing abundance mentality (i.e. believing that what you want is not ‘asking too much’) instead of scarcity mentality (i.e. clinging to someone because you think they’re the best you can do).
